Tsion Fekadu's journey to becoming a tour operator took a unique path, beginning with a childhood dream of becoming a fashion designer. However, her academic journey led her to discover a new passion. After earning her degree in Tourism from Gondar University, Tsion's aspirations shifted, and she set her sights on a career in the tourism industry. In 2019, Tsion joined Zagwe Ethiopia Tour, where she quickly made her mark as a dedicated and skilled tour operator. Her commitment to providing exceptional travel experiences has been evident in her meticulous planning and deep understanding of Ethiopia's cultural and natural treasures. To further enhance her expertise, Tsion pursued a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which she completed in 2022. This advanced education has enriched her professional capabilities, allowing her to contribute more strategically to the growth and success of Zagwe Ethiopia Tour.
